Remember that the number one problem with these vehicles is the fuel pump. Have you checked for fuel pressure?
Time for an IGNITION switch
clean your egr valve if you have already changed the fuel filter in the frame.. it is easier to clean the egr valve than pay the almost $200 dollar new one..my blazer would run fine but when you would stop, the thing wanted to start missing.. then stall...
Researching this for my sister in law. Seems most people have found it to be the optical sensor in the distributor or the distributor itself. Sensor cost almost as much as the distributor so makes sense to change both by replacing the distributor.
Directly underneath the distributor, plugs into the end of the head. Almost can't see it until you remove the distributor.
It will hold almost 3 pints.
2.5 Quarts, this is also for almost every chevrolet.
Yes. Almost anything on a car is rebuildable. However it may be easier and more economical to purchase a used distributor from a salvage yard.
It is located inside the distributor under the rotor, but replacements are almost impossible to find. You will most likely have to buy the whole distributor.
If you have replaced all this it may not be a belt. It may be your alternator itself. These have bearings inside them and they do wear out. The only way to check is to remove the belt and spin the alternator to see if that is what is noisy. It may wobble if the bearings are bad. It should turn smoothly if not.
This is a dirty throttle body. Very common on our trucks.
Almost all parts super stores will do the replacing for you if you buy the blades yhere.
qurstionable...not exactly positive but try u're distributor...mine's doin the same thing and I've replaced almost everythin it could be..and the only thing that was left on mine was the distr. execpt now my dumb boyfriend replaced it and got the wires crossed..and don't know in what order they go..lovely huh? like i said not for sure but try it
