My experience is with a 2001 Saturn L200 Yours may be different. Sounds like a short in either the front or rear turn signal socket or wiring. If you have any body damage on the front right side of the car then I would check that area for broken mangled or shorted wires Most likely it is a problem with the rear turn signal bulb/socket. These sockets twist fit into the lens from the trunk side (behind the "carpet like material) Try this; remove the right rear turn signal bulb/socket assemble by twisting it counter clockwise Make sure you remove the 1 containing the turn signal not 1 of the other lights. Try the signals again with this assembly removed. ...No fuse blown.... then you have narrowed it down. If the fuse still blows you will have to inspect wires that connect to front and wires that connect to the rear for problems. The rear bulb/socket assemblies on the L200 seem to have a design flaw anyway. Good luck
More than likely you have a burnt out bulb at the front signal light, rear signal light, or brake light on the right side.
MY 2000 saturn is a standerd and I get an av of 38mpg
Check the fuse for the wipers and replace the turn signal bulb.
The 2000 Saturn does not have a distributor. Instead it uses a "coil pack" system.
