Have you changed the thermostat? If you dont have any clue what ur doin, one thing you could check is if your fan is working properly when the engine warms up. to do the just let idle at high rpm's until the temp rises then see if your fan will kick on, if it doesnt kick on then you may have a bad tempertature sensor. take it to a mechanic to get it fixed
