Why don't they unite all the central Asian countries and just call it Saudi Iraqimastanimastan?

They tried that once...and called it the Persian Empire. It was also called the Ottoman Empire, and the Medes and Persians. All it does is cause warfare OUTWARD, while not curing the inner conflicts.
