You should check your brake pads. Have a mechanic check your brakes. There are a lot of moving parts that can come loose and cause damage.
your car just drank red bull
It makes a flapping noise when the turkey flies a little bit.
Take it to the dealer as it's still under warranty.
That's very likely, yes. Get it checked - a "flapping" exhauast system won't last long, but if you tend to it immediately, it may be an easy, permanent fix.
it is bcz of the complaint in the silencer its surface may be filled with dust
it could be your mud flap where the tyre is, the mus flap is located behind the bumper . underneath the arch
Exhaust Manifold Gasket or low oil.
My 1997 VW Golf 1.9L Diesel started making a strange flapping noise when i accelerate and decelerate, like when you drive fast with a puncture. She has also started to screech when turning left, even slightly but only sometimes, I think this problem is due to a worn CV joint. Could these be related? Thanks in advance for your help.
Contrary to popular belief, It is not caused by you butt cheeks flapping but by what many refer to as your "butt flaps". These are pieces of skin that keep your anus closed. When you fart, these two flaps vibrate making the "farting" noise.
A flat tyre on the driver side?how about duct tape on the tire, or fender well is hitting tire.
The flapping is the gas door mine did it too till I installed a billet door now no noise. The stalling could be any number of things start by checking your plugs abd running a bottle of techron through the tank. The flapping sound is probably your engine backfiring, due to bad plug wires. I had the same issue on an 03 Turbo and couldn't figure out what it was. It would occur under heavy acceleration. The car would miss several times (the flapping sound?? when it punched the gas. I put new plugs and wires in, and the problem was corrected.
It could just be that you are burning out the packing inside the muffler, a flapping sound after a quick push on the accelerator probably means that the packing is already gone. could also be an indication of poor ignition on that side of the engine.
