A full tutorial would be much too long to type out here, so, for the sake of brevity, I'm going to assume you're trying to burn it as an audio CD, and not a data CD. To do this, the files have to be in .WAV format... if you downloaded it, it's probably in either MP3 or iTunes format. You'll need a converter which can format that to .WAV format... a quick Google search will point you in the right direction for freeware in this regard.
Once the files are converted to .WAV, they can be burned as an audio CD.
