there are a number of reasons for this: you are in full manual mode, you are at the limit of the aperture at one end ore the other and it can be opened or closed no further, the camera may be broken. there are likely others.
There is no other way because making the subject lighter causes for the shutter to be open longer. This is what causes the strobing.
it doesnt it doesnt it doesnt it doesnt it doesnt
it doesnt change
it doesnt change you dumb
It does change.
you can check it. its under the center consol unscrew it and then tighten it if that doesnt work you will need to adjust them under the car at the back wheels
Well, I've got a 1996 1.4 XL in at the moment (on an N plate) and no...it doesnt self adjust
it doesnt.
it depends if it is wet then you will need to go to the dealership and get the factory spark plug and if this is not the problem take it to a shop to get it checked out or change and adjust the carbureator so that water or something doesnt get in there.
Try to tighten your lips a little and if that doesnt work try to adjust the mouthpiece
You shouldn't have to change freon, it doesnt go bad.
A constant rate!
