It depends on if it won't "crank" or wont't "start" if it worn't crank make sure your battery terminals are clean and tight if it still won't crank check the wiring if it looks ok suspect the starter.
if it won't start it could be a fuel pump fouled spark plugs faulty ignition module faulty crank sensor or out of time. hope this helps.

Start at the battery. Remove and clean all connections. If the battery is over 3 years old you probably need to replace it. Can also be a starter going bad.

I also have the same issue with my 1995 Buick Lesabre. It started happening when I overcharged the battery and now the horn goes off at 2am, 6am, and all hours. I have had to disconnect it at both horns under the hood.
