In most all cases blown fuses are caused by a short or to much current being drawn thur it. Say for example if your ac fan quits when the fuse blows I would suspect a bad fan motor or a bad fan switch. In other words what ever this fuse is feeding is most likely bad or going bad or someone may have tied into it using it for another source of power in many cases car stereo's. , EzForJesus
PS It is possible the fuse is the wrong amperage always use only the size of fuse that the fuse panel requires.
