Depends.
if you are habituated to drink 5-7 litres of water everyday and flush out the toxins from colon as many times as you eat in a day, then yes water cleans the system.
but if you dont flush out your toxins from body, for suppose if a person is suffering from constipation, and doesnt move his bowels as many times as he eats in a day, the wastes get deposited in his colon making feces hard and tough to move in bowels. in this case even drinking water without gap all day wouldn't solve the problem.
in this kind of situations, fasting helps
fasting doesn't mean eating full meals in the morning and eating fruits at night
like we give rest to eyes and body, we also need to give rest to intestines for better performance and this is called fasting
means no food. all you need to do when you fast is take honey and lime juice mixed with a a glass of water every two hours and water of two coconuts in the evening and 6-7 litres of water through out the day.
there are people who fast from 1-90 days continuously. when you fast for longer time,
as there are no feces formed, the wastes in colon gets softer by water and slowly bowels move and finally you will have a toxin free colon. if you continue fasting with natural foods, you will have a blessed life.
thank you,

No. Drinking beer just helps to get you drunk. Only time and drinking water and staying away from things that can pollute your system can help clean your system.
The best way to clean your system in one day is to drink plenty of water. Drinking water can help clean your system better than any other diet/supplement out in the market today. Our body is mostly water so it is natural that our body will benefit more if we drink right amount of water everyday.
drinking enough water, about three lite rs a day
No! You can't get enough water, but as long a you are drinking atleast some a day!
Thirst is usually a good indicator of whether or not a person is getting enough fluids to drink. However, there is increased water loss when a woman is breastfeeding and the woman needs to make sure she is drinking more water than normal. Generally, a breastfeeding woman should be drinking around 100 ounces of water a day. If a woman's urine is relatively clear than she is drinking enough water.
The body needs 1,5-2 liters a day for an adult. Drinking more than that can be dangerous.
That's the dumbest question I've heard all day.
Drink lots of water, and eat a lot of carbohydrates. Also exercise for at least an hour each day.
Drinking water help give you the "full" feeling. So, you should have 8 glasses of water a day.
a small fraction
I would say YES. According to my knowledge oxycodone takes about 5 days to disappear from the system and drinking large amounts of water should shorten this by at leat a day
a small fraction...
