You are allowed by law to use kazaar and also permitted to download material from the site onto your computer but that is where it has to remain to prevent any laws being broken but you are not allowed to transfer anything that has a copyright attached to it which counts for almost everything on kazaar either onto your mp3 mp4 tape cassette CD DVD or any other devices you want to copy onto as that will be committing an offence and the reason why you are permitted to use kazaar is because it is a peer to peer file sharing site and when you download music onto your computer you arnt actually classed as copying it because it has been shared with you but as soon as you then decide to make a copy of it onto any other type of media player or any other disc that's where the law comes into it and you are breaking the copyright law and are liable for prosecution if you are ever caught doing so also these file sharing sites such as kazaar and Limewire contain sooo many viruses and bugs and illegal material that you are not aware of because people can give their files which they are sharing with the world any title whatsoever and that means that just because as far as you are aware have downloaded something which you innocently believe to be lets say Star Wars the movie it could in fact be child pornography or something else that could be illegal to have on your computer or anywhere else for that matter and once you have had something on your computer it is extremely difficult to erase all traces of it completely so be aware of this andonly download trusted files that has been downloaded by other users and ranked as being safe ok.
