Your 99 mirage de coupe turned off while in traffic you got a jump and let the car juice up for approx 5-7 mins and it turned off again after 2-3 mins while running not moving any suggestions please?

It sound's like a charging system problem. The alternator is the most likely problem if you had to jump start the car. Check the voltage of the car before you start it then see if the voltage increases once you start the car, if not then it is a charging problem.
