She would probably do this to you to be mean. Maybe she is jealous of you. You have to be able to trust someone when you tell them who you like. You probably can't trust your best friend anymore. Tell her how you feel. If she is sympathetic for you, forgive her. She can like who she wants, even if you like the same person (as strange as it sounds). If she doesn't feel bad for you and says 'oh well', don't be her friend anymore.
Obviously she would not be jealous of you because he left you for her. so she must have more going for her. listen, teenage girls have raging hormones, which make them crazy!
