You have a short, you also may have to check your bulbs i found on one of my blinkers the bulb was faulty, i replaced it and everything was all fine again.
You will have to change the things you can't think of now. If you really did change everything, you should have new, working brakes. What about the master and slave cylinders? What about the brake pipes? Some rough use pickups, may have the pipes crushed underneath, causing a blockage.
Your car may fluctuate in idle while applying the brakes due to a problem in the computer. Everything in cars nowadays is regulated by the ECM(Electronic Control Module). A few simple diagnostics tests done by a certified tech can tell you what exactly the problem is. You may also have a bad power brake vacuum booster, this would effect the engine idle when the brakes are applied.
You have a problem with the brakes, have a mechanic check it out soon before you have no brakes.
You have disc brakes front and rear. Disc brakes are self adjusting. If the brakes are poor, you have a problem and it needs attention.
