Its hard to imagine how u remind her of her past, either way, She won't trust you until she comes to terms with her past. Tell her that the past won't go away, she can't forget it, but she should come to live with it. Show her that she can trust you, give her some space, let her take care of herself, when she needs you , be at her side, etc.
Also try not to do things that remind her of her past, but try to to talk to her about things and help her out but don't press her. Also you have to show her that you trust her just as much as u want her to trust you.
She's basically been dominated and broken down all this while, so let her rise up, help her while she's at it and hopefully when she's stronger she will realize that she can trust you.
