It's not really up to you. People (your parents, the court) may ask you for your opinion, but if you really can't decide, then just leave it up to them and trust they'll make the decision that's best for you in the long run.

If your father really wants you to move in, he could petition the court to modify the custody arrangment. They may or may not do so. However, it's weird that you want to move in with your dad if you don't like your stepmom. If you have some notion that you can move in with your dad, and get him to divorce your stepmom, and then get your mom and dad back together ... stop getting your ideas from bad Disney movies.

I'm not an expert or anything but you should be able to go move in with your dad, but in Texas you have to be over 12 to choose where you live. Your mom shouldn't be doing that YOU choose where YOU want to live as long as YOUR happy.:)
