It is not exactly desirable to let a pup get pregnant during her first heat, which generally comes at about 9 months of age. When it does happen, it is not a real bad thing, and the chance of the pups surviving are pretty good. If you have any questions, contact your vet. Remember, the vet can at about 4 weeks, take an ultra sound. You will be able to see the pups move around, and the vet may be able to tell you how many there will be. Just keep an eye on her, and if at all you have any questions, contact your vet.
no. you ALWAYS have a chance of gettin preggers. its just less likely to happen on you're period
From what I've heard, they CAN live to about 17. Not saying that they always do.

That's a superstition, it has no effect on when a person becomes pregnant.
If your tubes were burned or cauterized instead of being tied or clamped, then there is a chance that they healed open and the surgery was not effective.
I don't know for sure, but I have heard that some women experience this.
I heard from a source that is true that Peyton is for sure pregnant but she will have complications with her pregnancy that is why she was so upset.
No it is not normal to have your period while pregnant. I have heard of some small spotting while pregnant but if you have your full period while you think you are pregnant, you thought wrong. You would not be pregnant.
