First of all, weight depends on height not age. so unless she's 5'5 or taller she is not overweight. but, if you still think othrwise then, she should eat healthy and get outdoors and playing alot like every kid should. Also, she shold get alot of sleep this is a necessity for every child and everbody trying lose weight.
