You can't physically do that..it takes time and alot of hard work to use a few pounds let alone 10. Drink 2 litres of water a day, that's a good start, eat healthier and exercise more. Just think, that 10lbs didn't go on your body in one week so you're sure as hell not gonna lose it in this time. Good luck x
