I am ten years older, the exact same measurements and my doctor says that is within a healthy range. I'm learning to just choose smarter calories. Stop drinking soda, juice and sugary coffee. And I'm increasing my activity. I know for a fact that if you increase your activity without increasing how much you eat-- you'll see some change. Very slight, but still... I understand the concern, but don't panic. You are not overweight!
