get a screwdriver and check the bulbs. just unscrew the lenses and pull them out and see if the filament is good, if it is, clean the connectors with something slightly abrasive, and then see if they work then. if not, fuse, and if not and if it's a turn signal or headlight (high and low beam), it's a switch. change accordingly.
Change light bulbs, they sell them at Wal Mart. Check relay and fuse in under hood fuse box. Fuse name DRL for day time running lights
becaus the 2004 Chevy impala does not have automatic lights and they have to be turned off manually
check the wiring. its probably shot
There is a switch for that. It is in the dash illumination brightness control switch.
The first check would be the fuse for the dash lights. If the dash lights are out too then it is likely to be the fuse.
It could be because its running out of battery
1995 berettas and corsicas have generic daytime running lights no matter what if the switch is on your headlights will be on. (although it should be lowbeams). in 1995 Chevy didn't use a lower wattage for the daytime running lights. and so far i haven't found a way to by-pass them.
You need to replace the daytime running lights control module
Have you checked the drl relay?
Ran out of gas? Or ran out of oil?
there is a fuse dedicated to the running lights on the 96 Thunderbird. Check your fuse panel under the dashboard for the proper fuse and check to see if it is blown.
Check the brake light switch.
