your horn relay could be bad,its above your gas pedal or your high and low tone horn could be bad,they are between front bumber and radiator or have some one honk horn and you crawl under front bumber and listen,first check fuse in fuse box and fusible link,its connected to your positive battery cable,if its burnt or swollen,then it needs to be replaced,good luck.
