First test the fan(s) by removing the connection on the fan switch sensor on the radiator. With the car off, connect a small wire to connect the two terminals on the connector you just removed. Start your car and see if the fans move. If it does then replace your fan switch sensor in the radiator. If not open the fuse box near your battery and look for the fan relay. You have two in there that are identical so go ahead and swap them (the other is- I think -for the power windows). If it now works replace the bad relay. If it still doesn't work you might have broken wire or fan.
Check the thermal relay.
