I have a Delta 88 and its located about 18 inches in front of the rear tire on the driver side, its right under the second door of the driver side.
It's going to be off the valve cover(s) one or the other. Plugged right into it.
My sons 93 royal 88 Oldsmobile right directional would not blink. We changed the bulb and it started to flash.. hope that helps
It is right at the front of the Carb.. just unscrew the bigger boltand the filter comes out behind it..
On the lower left side front of the engine it is a gold copper color and it bolts to the front of the engine right behind the drive belt.
on the front of the motor under the front crank it has a plug going to the crank.
Should be on the drivers side right under the door for the rear seats. You will have to get the car up in the air so you can get under it to see it and change it.
You should be able to find a shop manual at your local library with the right info...make copies as they are usually only in the REFERENCE section....good luck:)
