you have an oil leak which is leaking down into your starter causing it to not operate. fix your oil leak clean out the oil from the starter, put the starter back on and everything will be everything
In most cases yes.
Could be hitting something. Better take it in and have it looked at.
sounds like your in the market for a starter.
1st thought is you need shims if the flywheel is hitting the starter. What is the year and model of the vehicle?
Loose connection? Bad starter (flat spot)? Bad starter solenoid?
Starter is not seated properly and is cocked sideways. Remove and reinstall, making sure it is fully seated.
about 50mph that will be pushing it. I rode one and it was fun it is a good starter bike :)
get your starter check I had same problem it was faulty starter
either the kick panel or on the starter itself. sometimes ther are 2 of them
When a starter goes completely out then the engine will not turn over. A starter that is going bad could start sometimes or make considerable noise.
Without knowing even the make of your vehicle, I think you should suspect the starter contacts. They can get burned and worn away and barely make contact . . . or sometimes not.
It sounds more like you are hitting the starter again after the engine is running.
