1991 Ford Explorer with 4.0 is not firing I have power up to the coil pack via test light on all 4 pins going into the coil pack but no fire from that point. I changed the coil pack and got the same.?

The problem must lie in either the spark plug wire or the plug itself. If either of these items have many years of service, I would consider changing them anyway to eliminate possible trouble later.
