if the right side flashes and the left does not your flasher is fine first check all left bulbs are working this includes side marker lights all bulbs need to work to make flasher blink this model is famous for bad turn signal switches try messing with the turn lever holding down if its starts to flash the contacts in the switch are crusted up with debris or burned contact. if you get the light to go on by wiggling the turn lever bad switch otherwise the signals good and the green arrow does not light up the instrument panel must be removed to change t/s indicator bulb
