It looks like from my research on AutoZone.com that is pump is located in the fuel tank. Every engine I could see had the same pump for about 140. Good Luck!

Check Crank sensor located in the block near the ac compressor
the ground wire running from the starter solinoid to the starter sounds to be bad
The engine computer turns it on at start up for a bulb check. If it stays on the computer has detected a malfunction and set a code.
check the distributor
check if it is getting fire
yo man check the spark if that's not the check firing order that's where i would start
i have a 1984 bronco 2 and the ignition control mod went bad on it. It turned over but had no spark. The part was about 40 dollars and is located on the distributor. It takes a special tool to take it off. I changed mine and it started first try.
check the spark plugs. may not be catching fire.
Check your emergency fuel pump cutoff.
check your fuses check ignition switch
Check the plugs to see if there is fire. Check the timing and the cam sensors for proper operation.
