Try checking your coolent level. You may be low/out of coolent. Your engine could be overheating and stalling do to it. Check it right away, you dont want to blow you new head gasket (this could be the reason you've needed to replace it). Garages sometimes forget to refill your coolent.
All the 1986-1993 mazda b series trucks were manufactured in japan.By the way great built trucks for that matter.
MY 1992 MAZDA B2200 PICKUP RUNS GREAT FOR A SHORT TIME AND THEN SEEMS TO STARVE ITSELF WHEN I GO TO GIVE IT FUEL ALMOST TO THE POINT WHERE IT WON'T RUN IF I TURN THE ENGINE OFF FOR A FEW SECONDS IT WILL GO GOOD AGAIN BUT ONLY TO REPEAT THE PROBLEM OVER AGAIN
Mazda made a b2200 and b2600 truck in 1989.As for performance the engine is rated at 85hp or so and really just a mpg truck not a power house for dragging trailers or too much weight. The truck is great for general use,and driving and hauling resonable things in the bed with ease over all.

It does NOT have airbags. However, it is a very dependable little car and has great value
Yes They are all dependable fun to drive and have great performance compared to other models in their class. The late model Mazda 2 Mazda 3 and Mazda MX5 Miata's are all above average in reliabilty now.The Protege had rock solid reliabilty. RX7 was average in reliabiity. But none were below average in reliabilty that I know of.
The air in my 15 year old Mazda works great.
The head gasket creates a seal between the engine block/cylinder and the cylinder head. Since the pressures and temperatures are so great, the head gasket must be more substantial than other gaskets. It will also go bad much easier, especially if the engine overheats and the head warps, even a slight amount. It is placed in between the gas compression chamber .A head gasket is a gasket that sits between the engine block and cylinder head(s) in an internal combustion engine.
Mazda Mazda 5. Seats up to six. Great build quality. Excellent gas miliage. VW autos are good... beetle is an good one
There is really no good way to prevent this from happening other than making sure you have a proper supply of coolant/antifreeze in your system and a properly working thermostat. Overheating is a great way to warp the head and then blowing the gasket.
Gaskets containing asbestos were used in a number of applications because they had a great resistance to heat.
There will be a great loss in power especially up hills and if there is a head gasket leak there will be a loud puttering sound from the head gasket area. You may also notice the problem gets worse as you drive the vehicle.
It depends on the quality and miles on your existing engine. If you have a great engine, that all it needs is a head gasket, then that's better than an old engine that you may have no idea about it's history and past repairs.
