See if you have power to motor Check fuses
Spray penetrating oil, such as WD-40, on the shafts coming out of each of three motors under the seat, right where the shaft exits the motor, trying to get the oil into the motor. Over time, dirt accumulates in this area, creating friction and the motor stops turning and the seat doesn't move. After several tries the motor will begin to turn again and the seat will once again move.
There is a two wire connector from the wiring harness to the control box under the seat. Check the orange and black wires at both sides of the connector to make sure they aren't broken. You can also check for power coming from the harness side.

The belt drives the power steering, water pump, and other things.
On the back side of the engine
remove the power steering pump
Maybe on the passenger side near the firewall
power antenna, you can buy them from gm dealers for about $120
The ECM powers the fuel pump relay
In the power steering pump. It is on the back of the engine on the right side. You will need a long funnal.
Not knowing what you've done so far, have you checked your fuses yet ?
most likely your power steering cooler is rotted through and is leaking
