you may be starving for fuel or it is flooding
looking as sparks will tell you if it is dry or wet.
if dry, try to see if test fuel starts it.
in not , the timing belt might have snapped
compression below 150 is bad.
you said it is good so ok.
jump all over test fuel and if
car is flooding
do this.
hold gas pedal to floor WOT, and crank this activates secret unflood mode.
car may start if motor is good and has too much fuel.

(Passenger side) You can see the rear of blower motor.Look beside it there is a plug (I believe to the bottom right)The small rectangle assembly under that plug is your resistor block.Remove the 2 bolts that hold it to the firewall and pull it out.Reverse procedure to reinstall.Then you will be cooking -w- heat againThe above is not correct...at least on my 2002 F150 the blower and resistor is not under the hood but can be found on the far right in back of glove box. Use mirror or lay an back on passenger side floor. Unplug, use 8mm socket to remove 2 sheet metal screws holding resister, pop out, replace.
