in the hand part where you close the door theres a screw, take it off, pull the assembly from the top by the window switches, when it comes out the wires will follow, disconnect the harness, and replace with the new power switch. (note this is the drivers side)

Do you mean the main switch by the driver or the switch on the door itself?
Check to see if you are getting power to the motor - if so motor is badIf not could be a bad switch or broken or disconnected wire
pry out the control switch and disconnect the electrical connectors.install is reverse.
