trannies are tricky and should be handled by the transmission pro's..... but your problems of it not going into reverse might be from the low fluid levels.... it may be a minor repair right now but don't leave it too long before the pro's get to see it....
Trouble code P1110 means: Intake Valve Timing Control Solenoid
Something else to check - this happened to me so I consulted with local authorized Nissan mechanic. Change the worn distributor cap. Simple as that and it fixed this problem for me.
The reverse belt is burnt you could possibly get it fixed? But must of the time its less to replace with a used one.
I just fixed this on my Pathfinder. It is the voltage regulator on the top of the cluster.
If you got the model with the self diagnostic computer, it has to reset it self which takes roughly about 50 crank cycles unless it has detected another problem.
Nissan Primeras never came out with turbos.
If the handbrake sign is constantly on in your Nissan Almera, this could mean various things. This may indicate that your handbrake is still engaged or it is faulty and not functional which needs to be fixed.

If the speedometer and tachometer are not working in a 1994 Nissan Kingcab 4X4 V6, it could be that a fuse is burned out. It could also be that their mechanisms in the undercarriage are corroded or dirty if the vehicle was used for 4-wheeling off road.
If the cycle has a fixed wheel with no release ratchet then it will go in reverse when you pedal backwards.
yes it could cause big problems in your car. Id try and get it it fixed as soon as possible if i was you.
I had this happen before and I fixed it myself. Get in your Pathfinder and CLOSE the door. Turn the key on one click to accessory mode so that all of the other lights on the dash are on but do not start the car. Now open your door and push the the button inside your door jamb that turns your interior light on 7 times. Close your door and then turn your key off. Now start the Pathfinder...it should be off. If not, repeat this series a couple of times and it will go off. I have had theis happen twice and this is the correct way to fix the problem.
