you have to determine which pulley it is. if the sweak is consistent, it could be the tensioner, water pump, well these are the first to go. the serpentine doesnt control timing. and loose is a possibiity.
You need to rent, borrow or purchase a power steering pulley puller. This tool will remove and replace the pulley without damage to the pulley or the pump.

Take the old one off put the new one on
With a power steering pulley puller. Any attempt to remove the pulley without the proper tool will probably damage the pulley or the pump or both. Most auto parts stores will sell you the puller or rent you one.

pull the p/s pulley off of the pump, the rest is easy.
try checking right under the hood somewhere. alot of them have them on a sticker on top of the radiator and or fan housing.
i have to same problem with my sierra ive changed the filter and it still leaks, i was told that its the oil filter adapter you can get one at autozone for about $20
Yes 16 inch wheels do fit a 2005 gmc sierra. I have them on my truck, I think the front brakes need changed to fit the wheel.
that truck has 4 belts that may fit. 2 belts with ac 2 belts without. you need a size 55
