Try having the Fuse Block checked out, had the same problem on a 1999 gmc jimmy, and the repair OS going to run about 500 bucks to get the block replaced, or 160 to get the fuse connector to the fuel pump IN the fuse block repaired.

If it cranks but doesn't catch there could be a fuel delivery problem, try some starting fluid to see if you can get it to run at least a little.If it doesn't start with the fluid, check the distributor cap. it likes to accumulate moisture.
