Probably not. Look inside the throttle body and see if there is a dirty buildup right where the butterfly valve rests when closed. Use throttle body cleaner to remove the buildup and it should work smoothly again.

sorry , you cant , the 1.8 liter unit is not servicable , you have to replace the entire throttle body , starting at about 150$ at partsgeeks or other online retailers , avoid rebuilt units.
