The radiator fan on a 1998 Plymouth Voyager won't turn off if the engine is overheating or the temperature sensor is defective. The fan is designed to only work once the temperature has pass a certain threshold.

The Turn Signal Switch is bad in the column and needs to be replaced.

The starter on a 1992 Plymouth Voyager starter looks like a round metal object. The end that you can see is mostly flat, and the part in the engine has a gear to turn the motor over.
The turn signal relay switch on a 98 Plymouth Grand Voyager Van should be on the steering column. Every vehicle will come with a manual that assists the driver in locating all of the different parts.
turn counter clockwiseturn counter clockwise
All engines turn counterclockwise if you are facing in front of the engine
They are the same, as far as I know. Plymouth was a marque of the Chrysler Corporation that they discontinued around the turn of the century. The Plymouth Voyager was the equivalent of the Dodge Caravan, a minivan on a smaller chassis than the similar Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town and Country; prior to the end of Plymouth, Chrysler did not have an equivalent, so they moved the Voyager over from the Plymouth model line to Chrysler's. This is the story I got from a Chrysler salesman back in 2001, when I noticed the same thing. Chrysler also uses the name "Voyager" for the minivans that they sell in Europe; (rather than "Town & Country" as in the U.S.)
The turn signal switch is quite easy to remove and replace. The turn signal switch simply plugs in and plugs out.
It is located on the fuse panel that is below the instrument cluster. Remove the plastic panel under the steering column (should be 2 plastic clips that turn with a screwdriver holding it in place).
