First you must unscrew the oil filter and remove the 2 lines going into the adaptor. Unbolt the 2 bolts holding the adaptor to the motor. Remove the adaptor. Clean gasket from adaptor and block. Replace gasket and resemble the way you took it apart. You can take the oil filter off then take the 2 bolts out of the adapter plate this will allow the adapter to be pulled down enough to replace the gasket witch is an oring. If you take the lines off they are quick release.

Take the intake as well as all hoses and lines off of the top of the engine. Remove the valve cover gasket. Unbolt the exhaust manifold. Unbolt the head and remove. Replace the gasket, then reverse the procedure to finish the installation.
You did not mention where the leak is coming from. If it is from around the pan gasket, tighten the pan bolts. If from the cooler lines, tighten the hose clamps or replace the lines. In either case, add fluid to the proper level - or change the fluid, filter and gasket.
To replace the Suburban manifold gaskets, unhook everything on the manifold, from fuel lines to vacuum hoses. The manifold needs to be unbolted then removed. Clean the old gasket material, then install with a new gasket. Make sure to use factory specs when torqueing down the bolts.
Disconnect negative cable from battery, relieve fuel pressure, disconnect throttle cable, disconnect fuel lines, disconnect any vacuum lines, disconnect electrical plugs, remove bolts holding throttle body, lift off throttle body, remove damaged gasket, clean area, replace in reverse order.

You will need to remove the water lines from your heater core. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new heater core.
You remove the wheels to replace brake lines.
