Disconnect negative cable from battery, relieve fuel pressure, disconnect throttle cable, disconnect fuel lines, disconnect any vacuum lines, disconnect electrical plugs, remove bolts holding throttle body, lift off throttle body, remove damaged gasket, clean area, replace in reverse order.
Relieve fuel pressure in system.Disconnect negative battery cable from battery. Remove air cleaner assembly. Disconnect electrical connectors. Disconnect throttle, cruise control and trans control cables. Detach any vacuum lines. Disconnect fuel lines. Remove throttle body mounting bolts. Remove old gasket and clean mounting surface area. Reverse process to install new gasket.
You will need to remove the throttle body and replace the throttle body gasket. The throttle body gasket can be purchased at most auto-parts stores.
I assume you mean the valve cover gasket. You replace it by removing the valve cover and cleaning off the oil gasket and the mounting surface. The install the new gasket and reinstall the valve cover. Tighten it to the specifications the manufacture of your engine recommends.

* Remove the air intake duct from the throttle body and air filter housing * Detach the vacuum line from the EGR valve.Disconnect the EGR pipe nut * Remove the EGR valve mounting fasteners * Remove the EGR valve and gasket from the manifold.Discard the gasket * With a wire wheel buff the exhaust deposits from the EGR valve mounting surface on the manifold
Replace the head gasket for sure. That is assuming you did not continue to drive the vehicle until you destroyed the engine internally.
Check the throttle body over carefully to find the leak. If a gasket is leaking then a new gasket set will stop the leak. If the body has a crack then you will need to replace the throttle body.
