Relieve fuel pressure in system.Disconnect negative battery cable from battery.
Remove air cleaner assembly.
Disconnect electrical connectors.
Disconnect throttle, cruise control and trans control cables.
Detach any vacuum lines.
Disconnect fuel lines.
Remove throttle body mounting bolts.
Remove old gasket and clean mounting surface area.
Reverse process to install new gasket.
You will need to remove the throttle body and replace the throttle body gasket. The throttle body gasket can be purchased at most auto-parts stores.

Should be able to just unbolt the valve cover, remove the old gasket clear the surfaces with a rag and reinstall. Might have to disconnect the throttle/trans kickdown cable from the throttle body for room.
