Same thing happened to me!! i hvae a 1998 Honda accord EX, its my baby! OK so the reason why is because either A) you speedometer wire burnt to a crisp.. $10 easy fix.. or your electronic cluster is messed up $800-$1500.. sorry but thats the truth.... JUST IGNORE IT! NOTHIN WRONG COULD HAPPEN thats the good thing about this problem. thats what my honda dealer told me to do... lol

My blackberry always freezes on me, all i do is take the battery out, and then its fine, try it ! should work ;-)
