Royal Purple Synchromesh has been successfully used by many in both racing and street applications. Other than RP, the Mopar OEM replacement fluid is regarded as the best to use. Other places will tell you ATF +4, DO NOT use ATF +4, it does not contain the proper additives to keep the transmission healthy over time. The Royal Purple and Mopar fluids are both expensive compared to other brands. Don't skimp on a once yearly maintenance item that can end up costing you over $1000.00 if you do!
