The temperature sender for the coolant is located in the water outlet. The upper radiator hose goes to the water outlet. The sensor with 2 wires goes to the gauge and the sensor with 3 wires goes to the computer.

usually, fan sensor is on block water outlet. that's where the hose leaves the block and goes back into the raidiator. you 'll find two sensors at that point. more than likely tho, if your fans not owrking its the fan relay that's bad, I'll bet on it.

there are two of them one is one the header if front of the engine behind the radiator the other is on the top side of the catalytic convertor this is the one that usually goes bad it is like a spark plug with wires on it un plug the wires then unscrew the sensor put in the new one and plug it up
Just replace it, the sensor on the top of it is usually what goes bad.
