Also when they say grain, they refer to whole grains, you don't need any refined grains or rice in your diet. Grain though very nurtious (if it is whole grain), is very starchy. Which is good in moderation, but it's best you be eating more leafy greens and fruits. Though fruits are too, very starchy.
