The Lockdown is the best time to maintain your physical health because in lockdown you gonna have the more and more time to exercise and to think what to eat in order to stay healthy.

It’s a high time to maintain your health, because healthy body will be able to prevent several diseases as it is co-related with the immunity of the body.

Well, performing intensive exercise for 1 hour is very important. Do not forget to warm up before you start exercise. Start with the basic exercise and forms that doesn’t need the machine and equipment to do with.

Start with Stretching your body, then start push-ups, after ward you can take little bit of water in the bucket then start using that as your dumbbells, after that we can start the exercise of the lower base, so for lower base we have to start with sit ups. The count of sit ups would be on your capability but you must sweat you should feel a bit of pain in the muscle because it simple tells you that this part is getting prepared to get more strong when you feel pain in muscle during exercise so that pain is good. And do not forget to eat good and healthy food.

So these are the basic exercises you should do to stay fit during lockdown.
