Assume you're describing the condensate drain tube??? If it becomes plugged with crusted mud or dust that got wet and stuck to the tube, there can be a point that the tube won't drain properly. You may need to get under the vehicle, find the tube and run a small, flexible wire or other object up the tube to allow the condensate to drain. Once you get it open enough to drain, it might be a good idea to run a small tube up the drain and allow a little water, under low pressure to irrigate the drain tube.
It is something that does happen from time to time. Replace the o-rings on the sensor and the plastic adapter housing it sits in.
Most likely your heater core is leaking.
Replace the leaking part
No, the XJ Cherokee does not have the same heater box as a WJ Grand Cherokee.
Leaking from? Hose Water pump Intake gasket
Most likely a head gasket leaking. Water pump, heater core, radiator, freeze plug, hose, fan inop causing boil over, etc..........
Remove the dash and replace the evaporator...you might as well replace the heater core while your in there. Its a big job...but can be done a lot cheaper than bringing it to a mechanic
Normally the four screws that hold the tilt wheel assembly come loose. This is a common problem. Info is availale all over the net.
No. You can say that you will look into something, or that you will get someone to look into something, but you cannot say 'get look'. These are all correct: 'I will look into your problem with the leaking washing machine tomorrow.' 'I will get a plumber to look into your problem with the leaking washing machine tomorrow.' 'I will get your problem with the leaking washing machine looked into tomorrow.'
I'm not sure how to seal your leaking tail light...but I had the same problem, even after replacing the original tail lights years later, I ended up with the same problem with the new tail light assemblies. Anyway -- since I wasn't able to seal the tail light assembly, I took the tail light off the car and in the top of the tail light assembly above the area where the water was leaking in I drilled a small hole (that you couldn't see when the light was reinstalled) and then a slightly bigger hole on the bottom of the light where the water collects. The air flowing through the top hole forced the water out of the bottom hole. Start with real small holes and increase a little at a time if needed. I hope this will satisfy you problem.
