There may be problem with you car's communication line between the Power Control Module (PCM) and the Body Control Module (BCM). There could also be a problem with the theft deterrent system. If the computer does not receive a signal from the security system, then it assumes that that it is being tampered with and will not allow the engine to be started. Have th car towed to GM dealership where a factory trained technician can properly diagnose the problem.
