Have you tried wires, coils or injectors?? Depending on the mileage, a compression check may be in order also. P0300 is random misfire.. P0301 refers to cylinder #1 misfire and P0306 refers to cylinder #6 misfire. Try the simple things like wires 1st... after the compression check.

How often should you change your sparkplugs?

Sparkplugs should be changed at regular intervals, it will usually state how often in the service manual and most garages will do it during a service regardless. It is no harm and often a good idea to check the sparkplugs yourself as the condition of the sparkplus can hint at other problems in an engine. See the following website for more details http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/tech_support/spark_plugs/faqs/faqread.asp Depending on the engine it can be a relatively straightforward task or an agonizing ordeal.

What does your owner's manual say? I would change them if the engine is not performing as it should, you are getting poor mileage, or you have over 75,000 miles on these plugs.

Why wont my 2000 Chrysler cirrus fire i have changed sparkplugs crankshaft sensor distributor cap rotor button still will not fire?

If you are not getting spark, the distributor is common to fail. It is hard to tell from the question if you changed it or just the cap and rotor. Also, do you have fuel pressure. That could be a fuel pump. If you have neither fuel or fire, that could be aa computer or wiring issue.
