Have you tried wires, coils or injectors?? Depending on the mileage, a compression check may be in order also. P0300 is random misfire.. P0301 refers to cylinder #1 misfire and P0306 refers to cylinder #6 misfire. Try the simple things like wires 1st... after the compression check.

I had a problem just like that, I replaced sparkplugs and wires and my engine had a bad miss also; performed a compression test on all cylinders check out good ; found out sparkplugs was bad, got those NGK's sparkplugs ran better than ever.
Sparkplugs should be changed at regular intervals, it will usually state how often in the service manual and most garages will do it during a service regardless. It is no harm and often a good idea to check the sparkplugs yourself as the condition of the sparkplus can hint at other problems in an engine. What does your owner's manual say? I would change them if the engine is not performing as it should, you are getting poor mileage, or you have over 75,000 miles on these plugs.
Have you recently had the sparkplugs out or changed? It may be possible that some of the wires were mixed up, so check your firing order.
