Is the check engine light on? If so, have the codes read to determine what's going on. Fix what ever the codes say is the problem.
Also, I'd replace the plugs and plug wires, run a can of fuel injector fluid through the fuel tank and check for any loose, cracked or missing vacuum hoses.
If this doesn't help, you're probably best off to take the car to a diagnostic center for a check up.
