anytime the window goes in either direction but will not go in the opposite direction, You know the motor is good,,,,, Now you need to know what is WRONG,It is most likely one of two things, The MOST likely is A bad switch, The second thing it might be is A damaged track inside the door, You can check this easy, Just try to go up with the glass if it does anything at all, you know the switch is working, So you need to check the track,,,,,, Another thing it could be is A bad wire on the power supply for the not working direction, BUT this is not likely unless you have A RAT!
